Life can be challenging, and everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need some support. In my work, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, adults, and their families to speak openly about their lives and to explore their true selves. I specialize in working with young people, people with anxiety, and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.

As a queer and genderfluid human, I recognize that people hold multiple complex identities. Understanding these intersecting parts starts with respect. As someone trained to work with survivors of difficult experiences, I can offer trauma-informed care. As an avid gamer and Lego builder, I enjoy finding creative and occasionally humorous ways forward.

My approach is primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology and ACT. The first step is often the hardest, so reach out whenever you’re ready!
